Technical center was established by combining technical force since 2002, it possesses detailed design, construction design and production design ability for ship, offshore engineering and fabrication of steel structure and provide specialist technical support to all projects.

The technical center is consisted of chief designer room, research and development department, design department, technological management department, information department, accuracy department and in charge of product development, design, research, information and accuracy of shipbuilding. This center has gained qualification from the technical center of science & technology of national defense and technical center of Guangdong province.

The advanced 3D ship design station was established by the company; therefore, 3D design technique is extensively used in shipbuilding.
